The Upper Room Collective

Welcome

A place created for women who long to rest, be known, and gently tend to their souls.

Rooted in Christian faith and grounded in ethical, trauma-informed care, The Upper Room Collective offers spaces for healing, renewal, and connection.

About

The Upper Room Collective exists to provide women with faith-centered, clinically grounded spaces for healing, rest, and renewal. Led by a licensed mental health professional, I integrate Christian faith with evidence-based care through counseling, retreats, workshops, and soul care experiences—supporting women in tending to their emotional, spiritual, and relational well-being.

Offerings

Christian Counseling

Individual Counseling for Women

Christian Counseling at The Upper Room Collective integrates professional mental health care with Christian faith, honoring both clinical best practices and your personal beliefs. Counseling is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed, with faith incorporated at your comfort level and always with informed consent.

Selah Workshops

Pause. Reflect. Renew.

Selah Workshops are short-term, faith-based educational experiences focused on emotional wellness, resilience, and spiritual growth. These workshops are grounded in psychological principles and Christian faith, offering practical tools you can apply in everyday life. Workshops are educational in nature and do not constitute therapy.

Upper Room Retreats

Restorative Experiences for Women

Upper Room Retreats are intentionally designed spaces for women to step away from daily demands and reconnect with God, themselves, and others. These retreats offer rest, reflection, guided activities, and faith-centered teaching in a peaceful, supportive environment. Retreats are not psychotherapy and are intended for spiritual growth, rest, and personal renewal.

Online Soul Care Groups

Guided Support for the Journey

Online Soul Care Groups provide faith-centered spaces for reflection, encouragement, and growth within a supportive community. These groups are designed to nurture emotional and spiritual well-being through guided discussion and shared experience. Online groups are not group therapy and do not replace individual mental health treatment.
